Shipping
Orders are typically shipped between 1-3 business days from the time the payment is received (unless otherwise noted). Custom orders and matting will take a little longer. Feel free to ask what the time frame is when you order, or before you order and I will do my best to provide a specific time frame. If you need a rush order, no problem! Just let me know and we can work it out.
I will ship to the address on the Paypal account at the time the order is placed. If you would like the order shipped to a different address as a gift, please let me know at the time of the order, so I may make the necessary address changes.
Orders will be shipped in protective packaging via UPS, USPS First Class or Priority Mail or First Class International Mail.
International Customers:
Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery is the responsibility of the recipient. Returns will not be accepted due to refused customs fees.
“Delivery Confirmation” is included in the shipping fee. Please purchase an Insured Shipping option for large orders. If an error occurs during shipping, such as an item that is lost or damaged, I will do my best to correct the issue. And small orders will be replaced free of charge. Larger insured orders will happily be replaced. A package will be considered “lost” if it has not arrived 30 days after the ship date.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will exchange your item(s) or refund your money (minus shipping costs) up to 14 days after you have received your order. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs. Once item is returned, I will promptly send out a replacement order, if one is desired, or refund your money. By making your purchase, you agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Custom orders and gift purchases are welcome! I will do matting, framing and different sized orders (including canvas photographs). If you are unsure whether or not I can do something, contact me and I will let you know.
Volume discounts are available for large orders.
Photography Copyrights
All photographs are copyright of Regina Fell Designs (RFD). Any reproduction or distribution of any works of art, including but not limited to, photography, paintings and cards without the written authorization of Regina Fell Designs may result in legal action. Any photographs provided by Regina Fell Designs, should be labeled or tagged as such, unless otherwise agreed upon. Thank you.
